导入不成功

1. 先用系统播放器确认文件包含可播放的音轨。
2. Apple Music 等受 DRM 保护、没有可导出音频文件的内容无法分析。
3. 从“文件”或照片/视频库重新选择素材。

处理停止或设备发热

1. 处理时保持 App 在前台，并预留足够的可用存储空间。
2. 较长文件会持续使用 CPU、GPU 和 Neural Engine，设备可能升温。
3. 如果当前设备资源不足，可截取一段处理，或把任务交给已配对的 Mac。

乐谱需要修改

自动分轨和识谱会受录音质量、串音、混音密度和演奏方式影响。请在播放中对照原声，使用待确认提醒和人工校对工具修改草稿。

Mac 接力无法连接

1. 确认两台设备在同一网络，Mac 已打开 StemTab 接力服务。
2. 在移动端“设置”中重新测试配对；如配对凭据已变更，请重新配对。

Include the app version, device model, operating-system version, steps, and the error shown. Do not send music you are not authorized to share.

Import fails

1. Confirm that the file contains playable audio in the system player.
2. DRM-protected content such as Apple Music items without an exportable audio file cannot be analyzed.
3. Select the source again from Files or the photo/video library.

Processing stops or the device gets warm

1. Keep the app in the foreground and leave enough free storage.
2. Long jobs can sustain CPU, GPU, and Neural Engine use and may warm the device.
3. If the device lacks resources, process a shorter section or hand the task to a paired Mac.

The score needs correction

Recording quality, bleed, mix density, and performance affect automatic separation and transcription. Compare the draft with playback and use the review prompts and manual correction tools.

Mac handoff cannot connect

1. Keep both devices on the same network and make sure the StemTab handoff service is open on the Mac.
2. Test pairing again in mobile Settings. Pair again if the credential changed.
