StemTab 原生客户端隐私政策

本政策适用于 StemTab 的 iPhone、iPad 和 Mac 原生客户端。运营方为 Changsha Blue Fox Information Technology Co., Ltd.（以下称“我们”）。网页版涉及账户和服务器处理，并适用网页版单独展示的隐私政策。

1. 结论先说

• 原生客户端不要求注册或登录。
• 我们不收集分析数据、广告标识符、诊断遥测、联系人、位置或用户画像，也不跟踪你。
• 你选择的音频、视频、分轨、乐谱修订和导出文件默认保存在你的设备上。
• 只有当你主动使用 Mac 接力或系统分享面板时，你选择的文件才会发往你指定的位置。

2. 你可以选择的素材

StemTab 可读取你在系统选择器中明确选中的音频或视频：

• 文件：只读取你选中的文件或导入的 .stemtab 项目。
• 照片/视频库：通过 Apple 的系统选择器读取你选中的视频；应用不会因此获得你整个照片库的内容。
• 本机音乐库：只处理系统允许导出的本地媒体。受 DRM 保护且没有可访问音频文件的内容无法导入。

3. 本机处理与保存

在设备能力支持时，分轨、识谱、人工修订、试听和导出会在你的设备上完成。结果存放在应用的本地曲目库或你通过系统界面选择的导出位置。你可以在 App 内删除项目，或通过系统删除导出文件；卸载 App 会按系统规则删除其应用容器中的数据。

4. 可选 Mac 接力

当你主动配对一台 Mac 并选择“交给 Mac”时，StemTab 会把你选择的媒体文件、处理选项和一个配对凭据发给该 Mac，并取回分轨和乐谱结果。接力是用户明确发起的可选功能；未配对时，应用不会自动寻找或上传到其他设备。该 Mac 上的保存和删除由你自己控制。

5. 分享与第三方

当你点击分享或导出时，Apple 的系统分享面板会显示 AirDrop、“文件”和你已安装的其他 App。你选择接收方后，数据的后续处理适用该接收方的隐私政策。StemTab 不会将你的媒体或使用情况出售给第三方。

6. 网络、安全与儿童

本机工作流不需要 StemTab 账户。配对凭据保存在设备上，用于连接你指定的 Mac。我们建议只配对你信任的 Mac，并保护好两台设备的访问权限。StemTab 不为儿童设计，也不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。

StemTab Native App Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 12, 2026

This policy applies to the StemTab native apps for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, operated by Changsha Blue Fox Information Technology Co., Ltd. The web service uses accounts and server processing and displays its own separate privacy policy.

1. Summary

• The native app requires no account or sign-in.
• We collect no analytics, advertising identifiers, diagnostic telemetry, contacts, location, or user profiles, and we do not track you.
• Selected media, stems, score edits, and exports remain on your device by default.
• A selected file leaves the device only when you explicitly use Mac handoff or the system share sheet.

2. Media you choose

StemTab reads only media you deliberately select through system pickers:

• Files: the selected audio, video, or imported .stemtab project.
• Photos and videos: videos selected with Apple's picker. Selecting a video does not give the app your entire photo library.
• Local music library: only local media that the system permits the app to export. DRM-protected items without an accessible audio file cannot be imported.

3. On-device processing and storage

When supported by the device, separation, transcription, manual correction, playback, and export run on the device. Results stay in the app's local library or a destination you select through the system. You can delete projects in the app and exported files through the system. Uninstalling the app removes data in its app container according to the operating system's rules.

4. Optional Mac handoff

When you explicitly pair a Mac and choose to hand off a task, StemTab sends the selected media, processing options, and a pairing credential to that Mac and retrieves the resulting stems and score data. The app does not discover or upload to another device unless you configure and start the handoff. You control storage and deletion on the paired Mac.

5. Sharing and third parties

When you share or export, Apple's system share sheet offers AirDrop, Files, and other apps you installed. After you select a recipient, its privacy policy governs its handling of the file. StemTab does not sell your media or usage information.

6. Network, security, and children

The local workflow does not require a StemTab account. Pairing credentials stay on the device and are used to reach the Mac you specify. Pair only a Mac you trust and secure access to both devices. StemTab is not designed for children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Contact and changes

For privacy or file-handling questions, contact us through the StemTab Support page. If the native app later introduces accounts, server processing, analytics, or another use of data, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy declaration first.
